Roy's Dream

Roy , a little kook in nature , would often dream of a house in a semi dense jungle . It would be placed on a big giant wheel. Roy in his dream would go near the wheel and out of curiosity would turn it little and the door of the house would creak open. He would enter the house , dark as hell and the door would get shut. He would wake up in a maniacal way gasping for breath.

Finally one day he recalled that long ago once he had locked up his classmate in the chemistry laboratory by turning the door knob and then with a key. He did that because he envied his classmate for excelling in chemistry.
The attempt was not lethal but certainly Roy had killed his confidence.

A breakfast to remember

Rivalry in the office had brought in problems of ego and hatred between the two best friends who were childhood buddies and had done everything together since their childhood , same school same college even joined the same company .

They decided to erase all harsh feelings and thereby agreed to make a new start by having a breakfast at their old memorable childhood spot , the rooftop dhaba.

Honoured I am !!

The house would look so old from outside yet it was beautiful. It was one of the most ancient house in the colony. Some say that after the lady died , her husband did not leave that house to move to somewhere else. He loved his wife more than anyone could. Not only he but also their only son. The lady was a painter , a great artist and known for her kindness.

Could not resist writing down this story and share with all the people who had missed out on the video that had got numerous viewers. I don't know whether I can bring justice to the concept by writing it in my amateur style. I wanted to give you the link to it but I had lost it. Anyways this is how it goes.

Euthanasia for pets

Do you believe in the term "euthanasia"? For those who don't know the meaning, lemme just tell you that its a term for mercy killing. Recently in a bollywood movie "GUZAARISH" the lead character played by Hrithik Roshan was suffering  miserable paralysed life and demanded euthanasia. There is a debate whether it is at all needed or its unnecessary. I don't want to go in the argument but I feel that the person who suffers knows the best and the choice should be in his hands.

But for the pets they don't know our language and we don't know theirs. But I have seen or heard a lot of them dying gradually after suffering for so many days. They become like family members and the only difference is that they are of different species but the pain is same. I sometimes feel that if they could speak they would have asked for euthanasia.

Now again several questions arises - whether it is logical , is legal etc etc. Its hard for the master to kill his pet who has become like his son. But me in the place of the master could and would have. I believe I am an emotional person but when it comes to pain and suffering of a life, I feel that ending it in one go is far better than gradually letting its condition decay. I may be don't have the right to give or take a life but I have the right to free someone from the suffering and pain to which there is no cure.
